==Đầu đời và sự nghiệp==
Lagum được sinh ra với người mẹ đơn thân Sidonia Ayaa ở [[Kampala]]. Sau khi mất việc, mẹ cô chuyển đến Kitgum để chuyển đến sống cùng ông bà.
