Chiều dài cơ thể lớn nhất được ghi nhận ở ''E. coruscans'' lên đến 120 cm,<ref name="fb" /> thường bắt gặp với kích thước khoảng 50 cm.<ref name="fao">{{Chú thích sách|title=The living marine resources of the Western Central Pacific.
