== Phân bố ==
''P. bauchotae'' hiện được biết đến ở ngoài khơi Nam Phi (tại [[KwaZulu-Natal]] và [[Đông Cape]]), phía nam [[Madagascar]] và tại bãi ngầm [[Saya de Malha]]. Loài này được tìm thấy ở độ sâu khoảng 68–273 m.<ref name="heem" />

== Mô tả ==
Chiều dài lớn nhất được biết đến ở ''P. bauchotae'' là 12 cm. Thân và các vây màu vàng phớt đỏ, hai bên lườn có các vệt đốm vàng, với hai dải đỏ sẫm đến cam hơi mờ (dải thứ nhất nằm dưới các gai vây lưng sau cùng và các tia mềm trước nhất, dải thứ hai ở cuống đuôi). Có một dải vàng nhạt chéo từ mắt xuống vây bụng.<ref name="heem" />
