Chiều dài cơ thể lớn nhất được ghi nhận ở ''X. fourmanoiri'' là 4,7 cm.<ref name="fb" /> Thân có màu trắng hoặc đỏ nhạt, lốm đốm các chấm vàng khắp cơ thể. Hai bên thân có 5 sọc dọc màu nâu.
