Thotlavalluru là một trong 50 mandal thuộc huyện Krishna, bang Andhra Pradesh.[2][3] The mandal lies on the banks of Krishna River and is bounded by Kankipadu, Vuyyuru and Pamidimukkala mandals.[4] The mandal is also a part of the Andhra Pradesh Capital Region under the jurisdiction of APCRDA.[5]
