Usage

Use this rcat template in category namespace only.

Place this template as the second unnamed parameter in {{Category redirect}}.

{{Category redirect | (target page name) | {{R from template-generated category}} }}

• It is not necessary to append | keep=yes, because that is switched on by the presence of this template in the second unnamed parameter.

• If {{R from category navigation}} is also applicable, as on Category:Years of the 19th century in Sri Lanka, do not use a pipe between the two "R from" templates. They should both be included in the second parameter.
