Kakinada Rural là một mandal thuộc huyện East Godavari, bang Andhra Pradesh, Ấn Độ. It has its headquarters at Kakinada. The mandal is bounded by Samalkota mandal, Pedapudi mandal, Karapa mandal, Kothapalle mandal and waters of Bay of Bengal.[2]
