Mac Studio là một dòng máy trạm dạng nhỏ gọn được phát triển và tiếp thị bởi Apple. Đây là một trong bốn dòng máy tính để bàn trong hệ sinh thái Mac, được xếp trên phân khúc phổ thông của Mac Mini và iMac, nhưng nằm dưới dòng Mac Pro. Máy có các tùy chọn cấu hình sử dụng vi xử lý hệ thống trên chip (SoC) M4 Max hoặc M3 Ultra.

Mac Studio là một máy tính để bàn cá nhân, được thiết kế để lấp đầy khoảng trống giữa dòng Mac Mini dành cho người dùng phổ thông và dòng Mac Pro hướng đến người dùng chuyên nghiệp.[1][2] Mac Studio có chiều rộng và chiều sâu tương đương với Mac mini hiện nay (7,7 inch), nhưng cao hơn đáng kể (3,7 inch).

Ban đầu, Mac Studio được ra mắt với hai tùy chọn SoC dựa trên kiến trúc ARM: M1 Max hoặc M1 Ultra (kết hợp hai chip M1 Max trong một gói duy nhất).[3][4] Máy được trang bị bốn cổng Thunderbolt 4 (USB 4), hai cổng USB 3.0 Loại-A, cổng HDMI (hỗ trợ tối đa 4K ở 60 Hz), cổng 10 Gigabit Ethernet với tính năng quản lý từ xa Lights Out Management[5] và một giắc cắm tai nghe. Mặt trước có hai cổng USB-C (là Thunderbolt 4 trên các mẫu M1 Ultra) và một khe cắm thẻ SD (hỗ trợ thẻ SDXC và chuẩn bus UHS-II), giúp nó trở thành chiếc máy tính để bàn đầu tiên của Apple kể từ dòng Mac Pro 2012 có các cổng kết nối ở mặt trước. Hệ thống tản nhiệt gồm một cặp quạt thổi hai mặt cùng mạng lưới lỗ thông hơi ở phía dưới và mặt sau vỏ máy, giúp giảm thiểu tiếng ồn khi quạt quay.[6] Tuy nhiên, đã có một số báo cáo về việc quạt phát ra tiếng ồn quá mức.[7]

Các mẫu Mac Studio sử dụng SoC Ultra nặng hơn so với các mẫu chạy chip Max, do chúng thay thế bộ tản nhiệt bằng nhôm sang loại bằng đồng.[8] Apple tuyên bố Mac Studio có hiệu suất nhanh hơn 50% so với Mac Pro sử dụng bộ vi xử lý Intel Xeon 16 nhân.[6]

Mac Studio được ra mắt cùng với Apple Studio Display (một màn hình 5K 27 inch tích hợp camera 12 megapixel), hệ thống âm thanh sáu loa hỗ trợ âm thanh không gian và Dolby Atmos, cùng chân đế có thể điều chỉnh độ cao.[6] Khách hàng từng ghi nhận tình trạng chậm trễ giao hàng kéo dài hàng tháng đối với Mac Studio, do ảnh hưởng của cuộc khủng hoảng thiếu chip toàn cầu.[9][10]
